Each app respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled within these applications. Note that the information handled and the features used differ from app to app. Sections that apply only to a specific app say so in their heading.
Our apps do not collect or send your personal information to any server operated by the developer. However, the ad-supported apps — Makidenlite, FastingManager, and Rain & Wind Weather Map — use Google AdMob to display advertisements, and AdMob may collect and process the following information to provide advertising:
Ninja IntelMail does not display ads and does not use AdMob or any other advertising or analytics services. For how Ninja IntelMail handles information, see "Access to Your Mail Accounts (Ninja IntelMail only)" and the sections that follow.
FastingManager reads the following health data from Apple HealthKit with your permission:
This data is read directly from HealthKit on your device. It is never transmitted to external servers and is never shared with third parties, including for advertising purposes.
Ninja IntelMail is an email client that connects to the mail accounts you add in order to send, receive, display, and organize your email. For this purpose, it accesses message content (including subjects, bodies, senders and recipients, and attachments), email addresses and account profile information, and message state such as read/unread status and folders or labels. This data is used solely to provide the app's features, such as displaying, searching, composing, replying to, and organizing your mail.
If you add a Gmail account via OAuth 2.0, Ninja IntelMail accesses your mail through the Gmail API provided by Google. It requests the gmail.modify scope in order to display, compose, reply to, and organize mail, including changing read status and labels.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the app's access to Gmail at any time from your Google Account security settings.
Summarizing and categorizing mail and generating reply drafts are performed using Apple Intelligence provided by Apple. This processing runs on your supported Mac, and your email content is not sent to the developer or to any external AI service. Generated reply drafts are sent only after you review, edit, and choose to send them.
Only with your permission, Ninja IntelMail accesses macOS Contacts and Calendar for the following features. This data is never sent to the developer's servers.
Credentials for your mail accounts (such as OAuth tokens and passwords) are stored securely in the macOS Keychain and are never written to plain-text files. When you remove an account, its credentials and local data are deleted from your Mac.
Information collected by AdMob may be used for personalized advertising and analytics purposes. Our apps do not access or use this information directly.
Our apps store user data locally on the device only and do not transmit it to external servers. Data collected by AdMob may be stored on Google's servers.
The ad-supported apps (Makidenlite, FastingManager, and Rain & Wind Weather Map) use Google AdMob for advertising. For more information on how AdMob handles data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy. Ninja IntelMail does not use AdMob. For the Google service Ninja IntelMail connects to (Gmail), see "Google User Data (Ninja IntelMail only)" above.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings. In FastingManager, you can also change your ad privacy preferences from the "Measurement Settings" screen. For more information, please visit Google's Ad Settings page.
Our apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
