Application Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the application (hereinafter referred to as "App") provided by our company. Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the App.

2. Changes to the Terms of Service

3. Provision of the Application

  4. If a subscription model is introduced, the detailed conditions for its purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, etc., shall be governed by Apple's regulations. Users shall comply with the procedures set by Apple for managing subscriptions.
  5. Response if users do not agree to changes in payment method or fee structure:
    1. If users do not agree to changes in the payment method or fee structure, they may request a refund from Apple.
    2. The refund process and decision will be subject to Apple's regulations.
    3. If a refund is issued, users will immediately lose all privileges obtained through payment (including access to paid features). This applies to features and periods for which payment has already been completed.
    4. After the refund, users will only be able to use the App's free features.
    5. If users do not agree to changes in the payment method or fee structure, they may cease using the App and uninstall it.
  6. Our company will not provide any compensation if a refund is issued based on Apple's decision.
  7. Users acknowledge that even if they do not agree to changes in the payment method or fee structure, data and settings acquired before the change may be lost.

5. Disclaimer

  1. Our company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, timeliness, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights regarding the content of the App.
  2. Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to our company or those who have licensed to our company. The permission to use the App under these Terms does not imply permission to use the intellectual property rights of our company or those who have licensed to our company.

7. Violation of Terms of Service

If a user violates these Terms, our company may suspend or terminate the user's use of the App without prior notice.

8. Application Updates and Compatibility

  1. Our company may periodically update the App for functional improvements and bug fixes. Users agree to apply the latest updates.
  2. The App's operation may depend on the version of the user's device operating system. Our company does not guarantee operation on all versions of operating systems.

9. Data Handling

  1. The App may store data on the user's device to provide its functions. Users are responsible for backing up necessary data before uninstalling the App.
  2. Our company is not responsible for the loss or corruption of data entered by users through the App.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
